Shipping Policy

We know you want your parcels fast. That's why we guarantee to ship your item within two business days. This means if your order is received at 5pm on Monday it will ship on Wednesday.

We offer Free Shipping for orders over $100 or for orders containing only magazines. For orders under $100 we offer $20 Flat Rate Shipping.

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post or Australian Air Express. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

We aim to have your order to you as fast as possible however due to our location, some items may take longer to reach you.

To ensure your order is delivered as fast as possible and to the correct address, please ensure your address is correct when you submit your order.

You will always be notified via email when your order has been sent and if applicable you will be given the relevant tracking code.

Please note: we frequently update our product stock levels however in some rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within two business days that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
