Strawberry and Beet Tartare
- 1 cup cooked and cubed beetroot
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 tblsp raw sugar, or more according to taste
- 1 tblsp finely chopped basil
- Place beetroot at the bottom of a bowl.
- Sprinkle with a bit of sugar.
- Add strawberries and sprinkle with sugar.
- Sprinkle basil over the top.
- You can eat this as it is, with vanilla ice cream or with Greek yoghurt, (which was my personal preference.)
