Poires au Four

So simple, yet so delicious! This wonderful dessert is easy to put together and doesn’t take long to prepare.

Use firm pears which are only just ripe.



  • 4 larger pears
  • 85 gr butter
  • 4 tblsp sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tblsp plain flour
  • 80 gr slivered almonds
  • 60 mls cream
