Herb Butter

What a wonderful way to use up the herbs from your garden. This herb butter is so simple, tasty, and it will keep in the freezer for later use, either on fish, meat, sauces or on warm bread.



  • 500 gr butter at room temperature.
  • Salt, to your liking
  • Fresh herbs which you have on hand.
  • For this I used, fresh from the garden; Garlic, Oregano, Parsley, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Fennel fronds, Dill fronds and fresh chives.
