Garlic and Herb Potatoes

A simple way of making the humble potato look good, taste good, and adding a wonderful herb smell through your kitchen while it’s baking.



  • 5 or 6 mediun size potatoes
  • 3 tblsp olive oil
  • 3 tblsp chopped basil
  • 4 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 tblsp chopped oregano
  • 2 tblsp chopped thyme
  • 1 tsp herbs d’ Provence
  • Salt and pepper
